Well, here I go. Again. This time I have a different kind of goal. Kari's wedding. Gotta lose the weight and get in shape. I don't want to be the "old man" walking his daughter down the isle. People I haven't seen in a while saying "God, look at Keith! He looks so old! Man, he's put on some weight." You know,
that guy.
So today I started
Power 90 from
Beachbody.com. After doing today's workout, I realize that there is no way I could have done
P90x. I'm just
way too out of shape. I plan on doing that next tho'.
Today's 30 minute workout kicked my butt! Hell, I'm so out of shape I have to do the "girl" pushups. Ugh. There were even some of the exercises I couldn't finish. Shameful.
Anyway, I thought I'd get this written down and hopefully will track my progress here. One day down. Eighty nine to go. Wish me luck. I need it.
